Hot Potato

Buy at least the minimumThe minimum is set in ETH at launch. A buy that size on this site makes you the holder of the hot potato. The module only recognises Uniswap's Universal Router v2.1.1, which this site uses.
The fuse is lit and you cannot sellWhile it burns, your wallet cannot sell in this pool. The lock length is fixed at launch and is never longer than one hour.
Someone else buys big and takes itThe next wallet to buy the minimum gets the potato and a fresh fuse. You are free the same second.
Nobody comes? Wait it outWhen the fuse burns out the lock is over and you can sell. If you buy the minimum again while holding, your own fuse restarts.

Small buys under the minimum always go through and never move the potato. There is no prize and no penalty in money: the module only decides who is allowed to sell.

While a fuse is burning, sell on this site. The module has to know who is selling, and it can only read that from Universal Router v2.1.1. The Uniswap app now uses a newer router.

It is a pool game, not a real lock. The holder can still send tokens to another wallet and sell from there. The rule only stops the holding wallet from selling in this pool.
Bots and aggregators break for everyone while a fuse burns. Sells through any router other than Universal Router v2.1.1 revert during the lock, for every wallet. That includes the Uniswap app.
Big buys only work on this site. A buy at or over the minimum through another router reverts.
The lock is at most one hour. With busy trading the potato moves fast. With slow trading the holder can sit through the whole fuse.
The creator can catch it too. The launch dev-buy counts like any other buy.
One potato per token. It works next to other Programmable modules, up to eight on one token. Buyback and other budget modules never take the potato and are never locked.

Hot Potato is the PoolGamesV1 contract in mode Kind.HotPotato, attached to a Uniswap v4 pool by Programmable. No funds sit in it. It is a rule and nothing else.
